Fred and Valerie Paine

Fred and Valerie Paine are ordained ministers and have been on staff at Victorious Christian Living International since 1999. In 2015, they received their doctorates in Biblical Counseling. They are commissioned ministers through Ascend International. Valerie is a published author, teacher, and on the faculty of Victorious Christian Life Institute. Fred trains people on how to grow and protect their wealth so they can better fund God’s kingdom.
